JAMMU, Dec 18: Meeting of all Dental Technicians (DT) of Jammu Division was held today at JKMEF office under the chairmanship of Sushil Sudan, president and Vinod Kumar Sharma, sectretary general, JKMEF, Jammu province.
The Dental Technicians from different Health Institutions of Jammu Division discussed various facts with leaders and pointed out some important issues which need immediate redressal.
All the Dental Technicians under one voice raised their issues and acquainted the leaders of JKMEF with problems they are facing on day to day basis and pressed hard for getting their solution.
Further they assured the Federation for giving their full support and united hand in achieving any set goal for the welfare of Dental Technicians.
The Major demands highlighted by them were pending DPC of the Cadre, creation of posts of Chief Dental Technician, Head Dental Technician, Supervisor Dental Technician, Senior Dental Technician and Junior Dental Technician.
They also demanded that risk allowance should be given to Dental Technicians and their as Registered Dental Technicians (RDT after retirement.
The next meeting of All Dental Technicians of Jammu Province is proposed on January, 6, 2016 in JKMEF Office, to discuss the further course of action.
Prominent among others who attended the meeting were Sanjay Khajuria, Rajesh Gupta, Rakesh Saini, Sanjeet Kumar, Manoj Kumar, Neeraj Kumar, Prabhdyal, Dheeraj Kesar and Suresh Manhas.
