JAMMU, Apr 18: A deputation of Physical Education Lecturers Forum called on Minister for Information Technology, Technical Education and Youth Services and Sports, Imran Raza Ansari in his office chambers, here today.
The deputation apprised the Minster about the long pending problem with regard to their pay disparity.
The deputation apart from some already promoted lecturers in the Department also comprised some members from the newly appointed lecturers through Public Service Commission (PSC).
The Minister after listening the members patiently assured them of solving the issue at an earliest.
After meeting with the Minister, the members were hopeful for early redressal of their genuine problems.
The deputation included Sonu Mehra, Bandana Sharma, Simmi, Taranpreet Singh Bagha, Rakesh Singh, Sanjay Raina, Surinder Singh, Vinod Ji Bhat and Rajesh Dhar.
