POONCH, June 10: Deputy Commissioner, Inder Jeet flagged off a Bicycle rally with a message of brotherhood and nationalism and to popularize the usage of bicycles to solve the dual issue of global warming and unhealthy lifestyle, here today.
The rally started outside the Deputy Commissioner Office and culminated at Government Boys Higher Secondary School Poonch, wherein about 131 boys and girls from different sports clubs and schools participated with enthusiasm which was organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports District Poonch.
District Youth Services Sport Officer Poonch, Mohd Qasim; ZPEO Poonch, Narinder Singh; ZPEO Kuniyan Jatinder Singh, Pawan Kumar (PEL) and other department officials were present during the event.
