The city of Jammu is facing problem of traffic . They are under spell of devils in the shape of matadors driven by Draculas who are unaware of innocent human beings under their mercy. Drivers do not bother about stops and apply breaks wherever they find passenger. Jammu is under fear of reckless driving, which needs to be curbed. Every one in Jammu should join hands to curb this menace and to take all the steps to solve this.
Above all when there is traffic mess, the municipal vehicles add further chaos as they have to carry garbage during office hours.
My humble request to the concerned authorities is to look into this matter and initiate modalities to streamline traffic in the temple city. Take stringent steps.
Punish the traffic rules violators. Impose rules and regulations.etc, etc, This is for the betterment of general public.
