JAMMU, Dec 6: Director General (DG), Youth Services and Sports Navin Aggarwal flagged off the J&K swimming contingent for their participation in the 59th National School Games organized by Government of Maharashtra in collaboration with School Games Federation of India to be held at Pune, Maharashtra from December 12 to 15.
The contingent comprises of 50 swimmers including boys (Under 14, 17 and 19) and girls (Under 14 and 17). Three officials are accompanying the contingent.
While interacting with the players, Navin Aggarwal said that besides character, sports inculcate the sense of discipline, dedication and devotion.
