SRINAGAR, June 19: K. Rajendra Kumar, Director General of Police, J&K, called on N.N. Vohra, Governor, here at Raj Bhavan today. This is the first meeting of Mr. Kumar with the Governor after taking over as DGP.
During their hour long meeting, the Director General of Police briefed the Governor about the preparedness of the Police for the orderly conduct of the ensuing Shri Amarnathji Yatra-2014. The Governor discussed with Mr. Rajendra certain issues relating to internal security management in the State.
