JAMMU, Mar 16: The Director General of Police (DGP) RR Swain has issued promotion orders in respect of 48 Head Constables (HCs) of the Telecom Cadre to the rank of Assistant Sub Inspectors (ASIs).
The promotion orders were issued by the Departmental Promotion Committee that convened a meeting here today.
In a statement, the DGP RR Swain has congratulated the newly promoted personnel and their families and expressed confidence that their elevation to the new rank would make them work with enhanced level of dedication and honesty.
