Dhindsa re-elected president of CFI

NEW DELHI, June 6: Punjab state minister Parminder Singh Dhindsa was today unanimously re-elected as the President of Cycling Federation of India (CFI) in the annual general body meeting here.
Kailash Vijay Vergiya, meanwhile, was conferred the post of Honorary Chairman of CFI after he withdrew from the contest for the post of president.
Manjit Singh GK was unanimously elected the Senior Vice President, while Onkar Singh and Bani Ghosh were re-elected as secretary general and treasurer, respectively, for the next term.
Dhindsa is also the vice-president of Indian Olympic Association (IOA) and president of Punjab Olympic Association.
