JAMMU, May 31: A poor young man who was captured by militants in May 2006 and became totally handicapped has requested State Gover-nment to provide him help on compassionate grounds.
Poor man namely Mohinder Singh son of Amar Chand, resident of Behotra, tehsil and district, Doda suffered bullet injury in left leg and has become permanently disabled by 85%. It may be recalled that his father had expired in the militant attack. Mohinder is now putting up in a rented accommodation at Goha, district Doda.
