JAMMU, Sept 20: President Inter-Link and Customer Value Foundation Gautam Mahajan delivered a Distinguished Lecture at Model Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET). The theme of the lecture was “Total Customer Value Management”. Over 250 students of MIET from different disciplines attended the event.
Director MIET, Prof Ankur Gupta presented the welcome address.
During his talk, Mahajan asked students and faculty to create value for themselves by creating value for others. He outlined key personality traits which need to be cultivated to become a value creator beginning with an acute sense of observation and self-belief. He stressed that unless we look at ourselves differently, the world will not look at us differently.
The students interacted with Mahajan, asking a broad range of questions from individual excellence to developing a winning mindset to building international careers. Mahajan was impressed with the quality of students and promised to help MIET create new opportunities for the students.
Later, Prof Ankur Gupta and Prof SK Sharma, Director Academics, MIET presented a memento to Gautam Mahajan.
