KATHUA, Jan 2: District Kathua Powerlifting Association organized Deadlift Championship at Lakhanpur, here today.
The championship was organized in sub junior, junior, senior, master unequipped, equipped men and women. More than 130 participants took part in the championship and exhibited their talents.
The championship was inaugurated by president of Association Ravinder Sharma.
The players won various medals in various weight categories and were appreciated by the chief guest of the closing ceremony, Vice Chairman DDC, Raghunandan Singh, in presence of MC Hiranagar President Vijay Sharma and Association president Ravinder Sharma.
