DODA, Aug 6: The two-day long District Doda Wushu Championship 2023-24 concluded at Shield Sports Academy, here today .
Mohammad Rizwan Wani, Principal Iqra International School was the chief guest while Junaid Ali Khan (President, DDTA) and Dr. Rohail Lone, MD Delta Multi Speciality Clinic were the other guests present on this occasion.
The championship was organised from August 5 to 6 under the supervision of Tayab Hamza, Secretary District Doda Wushu Association under the aegis of Wushu Association of J&K and Supported by J&K Sports Council under the theme of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
The event was designed for the selection of upcoming J&K – UT Wushu Championship 2023-24 wherein around 120 players participated from different Clubs and Schools throughout the District.
Babar Mujahid (Joint Secretary DDWA) was also present in the event who distributed medals and trophies to the winners along with other guests.
