POONCH, June 14: District Poonch Hockey Championship concluded here today. The final match was played between Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Hockey Club Poonch & Poonch XI in which BSB Hockey Club won by 3-1.
The chief guest of the match was Dr Sushil Kumar Sharma (HOD Cardiology GMCH Jammu and Super Speciality Hospital Jammu and guest of honour was Kulwant Singh of Department of Youth Services and Sports.
The dignitaries present on the occasion were Narinder Singh, Amrish Kumar, Manjit Singh, Rajinder Singh, Parvinder Singh ex-councillor, Naresh Chander ex-councillor, Sanjay Khahuria ex-councillor, Mustaq Ahmed boxing coach, Neeraj Sharma Volleyball Coach, Sourab Sharma handball Coach, Rajinder Singh Taekwondo Coach, Pardeep Sharma, Sarbjit Singh veteran Hockey Player and other dignitaries.
Technical panel comprised of Ritika Sharma, Jasprit Kour, Ruchika Sharma, Jasmeet Singh and Ramanjot Singh.Technically supervised by Ranveet Singh and Matinderpal Pal Singh. Parvinder Singh was the Organising Secretary of the tournament and the event was organised by Hockey Jammu and Kashmir.
