SAMBA, July 4: A two-day District Samba Soft Ball Championship will begin at Government Higher Secondary School, Birpur, Samba from tomorrow.
The Soft Ball Championship is being organized under ‘My Youth My Pride’ initiative of Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council and District Samba Softball Association under the auspices of J&K Softball Association. The two days long championship will be conducted in all age groups such as Sub Junior (Boys -Girls) Junior (Boys-Girls) and Senior (Men-Women).
The winning teams from this Championship will participate in the forthcoming J&K UT Softball Championship at Srinagar in August last week. The championship was organized under the supervision of Padam Dev Singh, Sudhir Singh and Dheeraj Singh Jamwal.
