UDHAMPUR, Mar 24: Two-day District Wushu Championship, organized by Udhampur District Wushu Association concluded at Sainik Cooperative Public School, Tikri, here today.
Sainik Cooperative Public School emerged overall winners in this Championship which witnessed the participation of around 120 players drawn from various parts of district Udhampur.
Durga Singh was the chief guest on the occasion, who later-on distributed prizes among the winners.
In boys section, the gold medals went to Akhil Raina, Goverdan Raina, Sumit Kumar, Nitin Singh and Sourabh Singh, while in girls section the gold medals were bagged by Nancy Thakur, Adity Sharma, Ritika Sharma, Rupakshi, Shurti and Sohani Chalotra.
The Championship was held under the supervision of general secretary of the Asociation, Yashpal, Vinod Thappa, Pankaj Sallon, Munish Sharma and Tanvi Sharma.
