Srinagar, June 6: The division level Inter-District Kho-Kho and volley ball tournaments organized by J&K Youth Services and Sports Department, concluded today with the award ceremony held here at the Bakshi Stadium.
Teams from eleven districts of valley including Kargil participated in the Tournament.
DG Sports Naveen Aggarwal was the chief guest on the occasion who distributed prizes among players.
At the concluding cum award ceremony, teams were rewarded for their performance in the games. In U/14 category of Kho-Kho, Budgam beat Baramulla and lifted the trophy. In U/17 category of Kho-Kho, Budgam again crushed Baramulla in the finals. In U/19 category of Kho-Kho, Baramulla defeated Srinagar.
While as in Volley Ball, Anantnag defeated Shopian in U/14 category, while as Kupwara outshined Shopian and lifted the trophy in U/17 category.
