SAMBA, Mar 27: Dogra Degree College organized a Student Knowledge Sharing Programme (SKSP) and Faculty Knowledge Sharing Programme (FKSP) under its placement & career counselling cell.
Dr. Vipin Khurana, Dean & Deputy Campus Head of IBS Gurugram, led both sessions, focusing on “Everything About the Startup Ecosystem” for students and “Qualitative and Quantitative Research with Power BI” for faculty.
The SKSP engaged BBA, B.Com, and BA students, offering deep insights into the startup ecosystem, covering topics like business models, valuations, and attracting investors. Meanwhile, the FKSP enhanced faculty research skills, with Dr. Khurana sharing valuable techniques on using Power BI for data analysis.
The event was attended by Rakesh Mohan Koul (HOD BBA & B.Com), Dr. Samar Dev Singh Charak (Secretary, DET), Dr. Gitika Sehgal (Coordinator, DET) and Dr. Bela Thakur (Principal). Faculty and students greatly benefited from the sessions.
