SRINAGAR, Apr 7: A domestic help today slipped into a stream in Shangus area of Anantnag district and was drowned.
A police spokesman said he has been identified as Mohammad Ismail Khan son of Mohammad Abdullah Khan of Lar, Ganderbal.
He said Khan slipped into the Aripati stream at Charpora, Shangus and was drowned.
The deceased was working as a domestic help for a family in the area, he said, adding efforts are on to retrieve the body from the stream.
