JAMMU, Sept 22: DPAP candidate from Jammu North Assembly constituency Advocate Maheshwar Singh Manhas today organized a rally which started from Paloura and culminated at Pakhian after passing through Patta Paloura, Patta Chungi, Muthi, Patoli Brahamana, Machalian, Domana, Purkhu, Ghari, Gungari, Mishriwala and Pandorian.
At all these place, Advocate Manhas was welcomed by the people of the area and they assured their full support to him. Addressing people at different places, Advocate Manhas said, “I being the son of the soil knows all of our problems and difficulties and if elected I will become your voice and solve problems”.
He criticized the BJP Government for its failure to provide job opportunities to the educated youth and also its failure in controlling the price rise of essential commodities. He further added that his party headed by Ghulam Nabi Azad, former Chief Minister, is committed to regularize the daily wagers who are working in different departments in last so many years.
“The fraud in SI exam, failure of JKSSB in conducting of exams of different posts, inflated electricity bills and uncontrolled prices of essential commodities are the only achievements of the BJP and now they are trying to befool the masses by lofty slogans”, the DPAP candidate said and appealed the people to extend their full support to him by pressing the button of bucket on the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) on the day of polling.
