JAMMU, Oct 27: Delhi Public School, Jammu organized Art & Craft Exhibition in the school premises today.
It was Exhibition of an art and craft activities by the little buddies of junior and senior groups from class I to VIII.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Dr D Joseph, Additional Director / Principal, DPS Jammu with welcome by Headmistress upto Middle School, Meenu Gupta.
It was initiated with beautiful presentation-‘Ganesha Vandana’ by young artists.
The little buddies in junior and senior groups enjoyed the activities carried out in exhibition with loads of fun learning creativity based activities.
The students got involved in practicing their skills on different activities such as Designer pots, Candle decoration, Paper lanterns, Ganesha wall Hangings, Thali decoration, Toran making, Glass paintings etc. It was a colorful exhibition where students expressed their latent talents.
Meenu Gupta, Headmistress upto Middle School, DPS, Jammu remarked that such exhibitions offer opportunities and provide a platform to the students to display their creative and artistic talents. She advised the students to celebrate ‘Diwali’ in eco-friendly way and have a safe Diwali.
Ruchi Chabbra, Headmistress, DPS Jammu who was also present on the occasion appreciated the efforts of the tiny scholars and wished them for their bright future.
Dr D. Joseph motivated the students to participate in such activities, in order to sharpen their skill. She also blessed to each and every child for success in their life.
