JAMMU, Aug 27: The students of Delhi Public School Jammu brought laurels to the school by winning 9 medals, with 8 gold and 1 bronze in recently concluded District level inter-school tournaments in swimming, roller skating, fencing and badminton, organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, here.
In order to felicitate the medal winner, a special assembly was organized in the school premises.
The medal winners in swimming included Ahmed Ikram, in roller skating Ishita Singh, in fencing Anchal Dogra and Ashinta and in badminton Bhaushwar and Vibhior.
Dr D Joseph, the Principal of the School congratulated the winners for their brilliant performance.
