JAMMU, Feb 23: Police Public School, Miran Sahib organized an Inter School Dance Competition in the School Campus, here.
In all, fourteen schools participated in the competition. The children dressed in beautiful and colourful costumes danced very gracefully to the beats of the music in perfect synchronization and won the heart of the audience.
Delhi Public School, Jammu bagged the second prize for the Tamil and Dandia Fusion Dance.
They also received cash prize of rupees 7,000. It was choreographed by the dance teachers of school, Sheetal Chalotra and Sanjeet Mehra. Ruchi Chabra, Principal DPS Jammu congratulated the winners and encouraged them for continual efforts in this field.
Meenu Gupta, Headmistress DPS Jammu also congratulated the participants for their good effort and bringing laurels to school.
