Kathua, Oct 4: Delhi Public School (DPS) Kathua, in collaboration with Fold Five Services hosted “Educational Stride 2024,” a career guidance event aimed at bridging the gap between students and higher education institutions. The event saw participation from 16 prestigious universities, including six international institutions, providing Class XII students with a platform to explore diverse academic and career options.
Indian universities such as Shoolini University, Manav Rachna University, and Symbiosis International University presented a range of programs, while international institutions like British Columbia Hotel Management and Ecole Intute Lab highlighted niche fields like culinary arts and design. Students from neighbouring schools, including Mount Litera Zee and Kartar Public School, also participated, enhancing the event’s impact.
Principal Vivek Arora praised the efforts of all involved, particularly Vishakha of Shoolini University, for creating this platform. He emphasized the importance of equipping students with knowledge of emerging fields and global opportunities. Coordinated by Rimjim Wazir and Tejinder Kaur, the event provided invaluable insights for students planning their academic futures.
