LEH, Apr 23: The students of Delhi Public School, Leh claimed top slot in the Inter-school competition which was held in Druk Padma Karpo School, here today.
In all, 12 schools of district Leh participated in the event in four categories and bagged 1st place essay writing (junior-category) and quiz competition.
Vastala Nautiyal of 5th class clinched 1st position in essay-writing and Tashi Chospel of 5th got 1st position in quiz competition.
Subhash, Kumar Baldotra, Principal appreciated the efforts of the students and he also impressed upon and advised the students to participate in all the competitions and put in their best efforts.
Local management committee member T P Singh also applauded and appreciated the efforts of the students and the staff-members for bringing name and fame to the school and parents.
