JAMMU, Sept 16: Delhi Public School (DPS) Jammu, was once again brought on the global map of education, after being nominated for India’s Top 50 Prestigious Jury Awards-2019, resulting in the winning of the coveted ‘Great Legacy in Education (K-12)’ award among other deserving schools of India (Jury’s Choice Award) at Maharashtra Educators Summit-2019, organised by the leading education portal, Education Today.co in Mumbai.
The award comprising Merit Certificate and Trophy were received by the DPS Jammu Principal, Ruchi Chabra, in a glittering award ceremony, attended by K-12 Decision Makers, Eminent Education Stalwarts, Prominent Authors and about 500 senior delegates from different schools of Maharashtra and other States. Young Bollywood actress, Tisca Chopra, too made a brief appearance on the occasion.
President, RCT, M.K Ajatshatru Singh, PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh congratulated the Principal, staff, students and all worthy parents for the achievement and extended their best wishes.
Expressing satisfaction and happiness on the occasion, S.S Sodhi, PVC/Director DPS Schools J&K congratulated all members of the DPS family.
