UDHAMPUR, Mar 30: Dr Permendr Singh and Mukesh Manhas have been re-elected as State President and State Secretary, respectively, of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Jammu Kashmir for the next session 2020-21.
This was announced in 56th State Conference of ABVP, held today at Udhampur. The term of both the newly elected office bearers will be for one year.
Dr Permendr Singh belongs to Jammu. He has been working with ABVP since1994. After completing his PhD in Agronomy, he is now working as Scientist in Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Jammu. After serving as Mahanagar Joint Secretary, State Joint Secretary, State Agrivision Incharge in past, he has been now re-elected as State President for the session2020-21.
Mukesh Manhas hails from Assar village of Doda District and has been working with ABVP since 2015. He completed his MBA course at Central University Jammu. After serving as College Secretary, College President, District Convener, he was re-elected as State Secretary of ABVP J&K for the session 2020-21.
