JAMMU, Feb 2: Dr Richa Gupta, Assistant Professor at MAM College Jammu, has been awarded with the Best Paper Award in the first Indian Congress of Industrial and Organ-isational Psychology held at University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
Her area of research included Positive Organizational Behaviour with an aim to explore employee strengths at work. The paper she presented was a part of joint research work undertaken by Dr Richa Gupta and Prof Arti Bakshi, Head Department of Psychology, University of Jammu.
