JAMMU, Dec 22: Urdu novel ‘Khoj’, written by Dr Chambail Sabharwal, was released recently during a seminar at Aligarh Muslim University. The book reveals the barriers in progress of Muslim minority in Uttar Pradesh and also suggests the solutions. The author is of the view that mainstreaming and development of Muslim minority was essential for peace, prosperity and progress of India. The author has covered the sensitive topic in a very calculated manner. Dr Chambail Singh Sabharwal, author of the novel, originally belongs to Doda and is presently settled in Jammu. He is a retired veterinarian from, the Department of Sheep Husbandry. The novel was released during a seminar, ‘Inclusive Development and Mainstreaming of minority Muslims’ organized by the faculty of Commerce, Aligarh Muslim University, UP.
