JAMMU, Nov 29: Noted Oncologist Dr Ashok Vaid would tomorrow examine cancer patients free of cost on the request of Jammu Yatri Bhawan, Haridwar from 9 am to 3 pm at 3, Thakur Dwara, Shakti Nagar.
