PULWAMA, Dec 13: The basket ball court constructed by 182 BN CRPF at government degree college for women premises, Pulwama was inaugurated by Dr Haseeb Drabu, Finance Minister in the presence of Nalin Prabhat (IGP CRPF), Shri Amit Kumar, commandant 182 BN CRPF and other senior district authorties.
The Basket ball court is first of its kind to be constructed under Civic Action Programme by the CRPF in Pulwama, has been made to felicitate the sports activities for the students of the women degree collage Pulwama.While hailing the efforts made by CRPF in improving the infrastructure for the sports activities in the district, he said that such goodwill gesture will certainly give boost in better Police-Public relations.
Nalin Prabhat (IGP CRPF) has also said that CRPF is constructing more such courts in different schools of the district so that students get opportunities to develop their talent in different games.
The principal of Govt degree college for women has expressed thanks to the commandant of 182 BN Crpf for choosing their college for such project and said that such quality of Basket ball court is the best and first in District.
Speaking on the occasion Commandant 182 Bn CRPF Amit Kumar singh expressed his sincere thanks to the distinguished guests who came for the inauguration ceremony.
