JAMMU, May 5: Engineering Draftsmen Association held a one day pen down strike on the call given by chairman Central Body of J&K Draftsmen Association, Mahesh Sharma.
The strike was observed in all engineering departments i. e Irrigation & Flood Control Department, Ravi Tawi, Irrigation Department, PWD (R&B), Power Development Department, Urban Environment Engineering Department and Mechnical Wings in totality.
The focus of the strike was to draw the attention towards the pay anomalies of the draftsmen cadre.
