KATRA, Jan 11: Katra Police today arrested a drug peddler from Banganga area and seized 120 gms charas from his possession.
A police party, led by ASI Puran Chand of Katra Police Station, laid a special naka at Banganga and arrested the accused, from the possession of whom, 120 gms charas was recovered. The accused drugs peddler was identified as Partap Singh of Dhansal in tehsil Arnas.
In this connection, a case FIR No. 08/2016 U/S 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Katra and investigation has been entrusted to SI Vinod Sharma, Incharge Police Post Banganga.
