Drug peddler held with ganja

JAMMU, Sept 20: Narwal police arrested a drug peddler along with three kilograms ganja.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Narwal police post laid a naka and intercepted a person.
During checking, police recovered three kilograms ganja from the possession of the man and arrested him on the spot.
The accused has been identified as Raju Pradhan, son of Trinath Pradhan, a resident of District Nayaharh.
A case under FIR Number 195/16 under Section 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at police station Bahu Fort and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge Narwal police post SI Wasim Mehraj made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Bahu Fort Inspector Bharat Sharma, SDPO East Chandan Kohli and SP South Shaazad Salaria.
