SRINAGAR, Oct 24: As per the public notice issued by Chief Electoral Officer, Umang Narula, the Election Commission of India (ECI) has extended the period of filing claims and objections upto 2nd November 2013 for the ongoing special summary revision of electoral rolls with reference to 01-01-2014 as the qualifying date in all Parliamentary and Assembly Constituency in the State.
As per the notice, all the stake holders are requested to participate in the revision exercise of the Electoral rolls, so that maximum number of eligible voters in the Electoral Rolls.
