Educational tour flagged off

Baramulla, Dec 2: An Educational cum motivational National Integration Tour conducted by Army’s 46 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) Unit in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district was flagged off this morning.
An Army official said that 25 students and 2 teachers of St. Joseph School will tour Thimaya Delhi, Agra and Ajmer for 15 days.
The tour was flagged off from Thimaya Hall in the town.
During the glamorous flagging off ceremony, the students showed their excitement for this tour, he said.
“Exposure to different cultures, visits to industries and historical monuments will be the highlights of the tour.
The parents expressed great joy and thanked army for giving such a opportunity to their children.
The tour is expected to culminate on December 15, 2014.
