POONCH, Nov 8: Eleven Star Cricket Club trounced Chaktroo XI by 20 runs in the ongoing T20 Cricket Tournament being organized by District Police Poonch, under Civic Action Programme at Degree College Ground, here.
Earlier, batting first Eleven Star scored 131 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. Rajeev and Gurpreet scored 21 runs each for Eleven Star. For Chaktroo, Vipin scalped 2 wickets.
In reply, Chaktroo managed to score 111 runs in the allotted overs by losing 5 wickets. Rajwal was the most successful bowler for Eleven Star, who claimed 2 wickets.
SSP Poonch, Shamsheer Singh was the chief guest on the occasion, while prominent among others present on the occasion were JP Singh, Pritpal Singh, JS Tandon and NS City.
