Kolkata, Nov 5: India cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni today expressed shock at the discovery of a hoarding which wrongly spelt Sachin(e) Tendulkar inside the Eden Gardens, the venue of India-West Indies first Test play.
“Celebrating Sachin(e) Tendulkar 199th Test Match’ Dhoni reacting after seeing it. First tell me who has misspelt Sachin’s name inside the stadium. This is a very big (mistake)… It’s there inside the stadium.”
Reacting to it the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) immediately asked the agency to remove the giant hoarding.
CAB treasurer Biswarup Dey said they have showcaused the concerned agency, who is handling the banners. (UNI)
