Whereas, the J&K Services Selection Board, conducted objective type written test for the post of Horticulture Technician IV on 23rd of August, 2014;
Whereas, soon after the conclusion of the said test, the key was published through local dailies/uploaded on the official website for information of general public/aspiring candidates with a provision that the candidates are free to submit their representations alongwith documentary evidence in case of any discrepancy found in the answer key;
1. Whereas, the representations so received were examined by the Experts. On analysis by the Experts, the following position has emerged:-

It may be noted here candidates having marked either of the options as Answering Option for the questions where two Answering Options are correct, shall be awarded marks. However, no marks shall be awarded to the candidates opting both the options.
Now, therefore, through the medium of instant notice, it is hereby informed that questions detailed above for the post of Horticulture Technician IV have been nullified/deleted and the marks earmarked for the questions shall be allocated equally to the rest of the questions as per Rule XV (17) of J&K SSB conduct of Examination Rules, 2013. Besides, the Revised Answering Key, depicting the changes, is up-loaded on the official website of the Board.

Ref. Govt. order No. 190- Edu of 2008 Dated 03-04-2008 & J&K State Board of School Education’s notification No. F 9 Acad-C.D.E Dated:31-05-2008 and this office No. DSEJ/Trg/D.E.Ed/OM/11179-99 Dated 20-08-2014.
Due to poor response to the above cited subject and reference regarding the admission of candidates for D.E.Ed. from open market, It is once again notified for the information of all the concerned that admission to D.E. Ed. programme for the candidates from the open market is still open in their respective District Institutes of Education and Trainings.
The candidates desirous of seekinq admission to the D.E.Ed. programme being run by the DIETs should approach the Principals of their concerned DIETs by 29-11-2014 for admission purposes. Details regarding eligibility and other information pertaining to the said course is also available with principals of their concerned DIETs. However a candidate seeking admission to the above said course should fulfill the following conditions
1. That the candidate must have passed 10+2 Examination from J&K Board of School Education or any other recognized board,
2. That the candidate must be a permanent resident of the J&K state and must be residing in the Distt. in which he/she is seeking admission.
3. That the following documents are required with application form.
