JAMMU, Jan 29: The Department of ENT GMC Jammu today organised lateral skull base dissection on temporal bone for advanced surgical approaches to benefit the Post Graduate students.
Dr Shashi Sudhan, Principal and Dean, GMC Jammu, came to grace the occasion and congratulated ENT department for organising such an academic event and also encouraged Post Graduate students to learn these skills for their upgradation. Dr Amardeep Singh, Associate Professor, AIIMS Vijaypur was the demonstrating surgeon. He has done his Skull base fellowship from AIIMS Delhi.
Dr Parmod Kalsotra, Head of Department of ENT said that such academic events shall be a routine in our department and also thanked Principal and Dean for sparing her valuable time from her busy schedule for this event. The event was attended by all the faculty members, senior residents and Post Graduates.
