UDHAMPUR, June 30: One of the three workers of Safex Chemicals (India) Limited, who had sustained electric shock while working in the factory at Battal Balian Udhampur on June 20, succumbed to his injuries at hospital in Ludhiana, last night.
The deceased was identified as Mohd Aslam (35), son of Mani of Chak. He along with Ram Charn (35), son of Rattan Lal of Chak and Romesh Kumar (25), son of Madhan Lal of Thanu, were referred to Ludhiana hospital after they sustained severe electric shock while working in the factory on June 20.
Udhampur Police handed over body of the deceased to the family members after a postmortem.
