JAMMU, Dec 29: A warm farewell was given today to Mohammad Shafi Rather, Commissioner/Secretary to Social Welfare Department, by the Secretaries of various Boards under the administrative control of Social Welfare Department at Pragati Bhawan, Jammu.
Rather is attaining superannuation on December 31, 2014 after serving at senior positions in the State Government including Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, HoD, Administrator SMC, etc.
