JAMMU, Dec 1: Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy and president, Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA), Dr Farooq Abdullah has announced Rs 20 lakh for J&K Ranji trophy team for its superb performance in the current season.
This was informed by Manzoor Wazir, treasurer JKCA and Abdul Rouf convener Provincial Committee Kashmir while talking to EXCELSIOR.
It is pertinent to mention here that J&K has won 3 out of 4 matches played in the current season, with outright wins against Goa, Andhra and Kerala and a defeat against Himachal Pradesh.
