JAMMU, Feb 26: Principal Sessions Judge Poonch, Jaffer Hussain Beigh has acquitted Khursheed Hussain and his son Nazir Hussain, who were allegedly involved in the murder of their close relative.
“On consideration of all the relevant facts and vital piece of evidence, it can safely be concluded that the involvement of the accused persons is not proved in the instant case. The result is that the prosecution case against the accused persons is dismissed”, the court said and acquitted the accused of the charges framed against them.
