DODA, Nov 4: Fearless Knight Doda today crushed Young Star Jathi and marked their 1st win in the ongoing Chenab Bigbash Cricket Tournament at Sports Stadium, here.
The Young Star Jathi, after winning the toss, elected to bat first and set a challenging target of 54 runs in 16 overs in front of Fearless Knight Doda. The entire team of Young Star Jathi was bundled out at a petty score of 54 runs.
For Fearless Knight, Harjot Singh and Shakeel Ahmed Mir took 3 wickets each while Ravi Choudhary scalped 1 wicket. For his outstanding performance with both bat and ball, Shakeel Ahmed Mir got Man of the Match award.
Sonu Sharma and Dev Thakur opened for the Fearless Knight team. While Sonu Sharma gets out on zero, Ashok Sharma could made only 6 runs in 4 balls. Shakeel Ahmed Mir and Dev Thakur took forward the innings and led the team to its first victory in the Tournament. Dev Thakur scored 18 runs (Not Out) and Shakeel Ahmed contributed 12 runs (Not Out).
