JAMMU, Dec 11: International fencer Vansh Mahajan’s book ‘The Medal Standard’, published by Vishaal International was released in a function, organised by Vansh Sabre Sports Foundation Jammu at Hotel Asia, here today.
The book was released by dignitaries including Sohail Kazmi, Member Waqf Board J&K, Arun Gupta President Chamber of Commerce & Industries, former Mayor Chander Mohan Gupta, Subash Chander Shibber, Director YS&S, CEO Jammu Suraj Singh Rathore, Charanjeet Singh Raina Proprietor JK Goods Carrier Ltd. in the presence of Hari Krishan Mahajan (publisher) Anil Padha president Vansh Sabre Foundation and Vansh Mahajan (Author).
The book is about self motivation for sportspersons and an exclusive guide about what a sportsperson needs to win a medal. The book covers the topic of fitness, nutrition, practice schedule, coaching & all the other things which a sportsperson requires during his journey to excel in sports.
