SAMBA, Sept 9: The first Thalora Premier League Football Tournament, which was underway at Thalora Mandi sports ground of Samba concluded today.
The final match was played between Param Football Club (PFC) Hiranagar and Gurha Slathia Football Club in which Param Football Club Hiranagar won the final by 5-0 and won the trophy.
In the match, Hiranagar team dominated Gurha Slathia team and their players scored one goal after another to make the team victorious. Rahil of Hiranagar team scored three goals for the team by hitting a hat-trick while Sunil Sandhu and Tarun also scored one goal each for their team. The players of the Gurha Slathia team also made several attempts one after the other but were not successful.
On the occasion, social worker Sumeet Singh Sapan was mainly present who honored the players of the winning and runner-up team by giving them trophies. Addressing the players, the chief guest said that such sports competitions will give our youth an opportunity to play at the national and international level.
Football coach Aman Sambyal, Shashi Nandan Singh, Parth Kapoor, Sandeep Singh, Abhishek Singh, Bhavik Sambyal, Aditeshwar Singh and many others were present on the occasion.
