JAMMU, Nov 23: Coining the concept of revolutionizing group fitness and making fitness fun, “Lets Move it on You”-a fitness workshop based on Zumba was organized at Amar Singh Club, here.
The fitness awareness workshop was organized by SNS Fitness Club and Planet Fitness in association with Amar Singh Club Jammu, aiming to change the way people perceive, define and experience fitness, and ultimately showing that fitness can deliver everything they love about life.
In this first ever Zumba Exclusive Workshop in the city, over 60  females from age group of 14 to 45  participated  in which perfect combo of  Aarti Mahajan and Dr Himani Bisht Parimar certified zumba licensed trainers made them exhilarating to match their steps to the tunes of musical beats. The participants danced to great music to burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.
As a true pioneer in the training and fitness arena in the city, Aarti Mahajan only licensed zumba trainer in State and coordinator of the workshop said that she is trying to share a common vision of inspiring people to enjoy fitness experiences bringing the fitness community together by empowering people to be fit for life.
Explaining the importance of Zumba workout to participants, Dr. Himani said “Zumba allows its participants to achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie”
Manik Dogra while interacting with participant during workshop said that both SNS Fitness Club and Planet fitness shares a common goal of inspiring people to  live a healthy and active lifestyle.
