JAMMU, Aug 21: Former Minister Sat Sharma along with Deputy Mayor JMC Purnima Sharma inaugurated newly constructed Open Gym at Municipal Park, Ward number 12, here.
Chairman SJC and Councillor, Jeet Angral; BJP publicity secretary, Ayodhya Gupta and Mandal president, Keshav Chopra were also present on the occasion.
Sat Sharma said that development is reaching up to grass root level now and all credit goes to our hard working Prime Minister who is focusing on improving lifestyle of masses in J&K. “The concept of constructing an open gym in the park is a wonderful innovation and it is a dire requirement to maintain physical fitness in these tough times,” he added.
Purnima Sharma stated that now the ward is equipped with such a wonderful thing which can be used by inhabitants residing in this ward and adjoining wards. She also complimented former MLA for taking development to new heights in the constituency.
Jeet Angral thanked former minister for showing a proactive approach towards the public and solving their grievances timely.
Others who were present during the function included Ayodhya, Keshav, Kuldeep Kumar, Jatinder Kour, Kundan Gupta Varinder Dogra, Ramesh Thakyal, Anil Angral, Manmohan Sharma, Swarn Sambyal and Tarun Kumar.
