JAMMU, July 12: To fulfill the dream of Late Parveen Kumar Gupta, ex-Councillor Channi Himmat and founder of Panch Mandir, Managing Committee of Panch Mandir Channi Himmat Housing Colony here today laid foundation stone of main entrance gate of the temple.
