SRINAGAR, May 2: Police today booked four butchers for overcharging in Harwan area of the city.
The butchers namely Ifran Rafiq, son of Mohammad Rafiq, resident of Harwan, Mohammad Ayoub Ganie, son of Mohammad Akbar, Mohammad Yousuf Bhat, son of Ghulam, Mohammad and Mohammad Yousuf Ganie, son of Ghulam Mohammad residents of New Theed, Harwan were arrested under the provisions of Essential Commodities Act
